Educational Purpose
All content provided by Finsavva — whether in sessions, materials, workbooks, or online — is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participants should seek advice from a licensed professional before making any financial decisions.
Programme Changes
Finsavva reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programmes. In such cases, we will provide reasonable advance notice and offer affected participants the option to reschedule, transfer their enrolment, or receive a full refund of fees paid.
Enrolment & Payment
Registration
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or, where applicable, a deposit arrangement agreed in writing. A place is not reserved until payment has been received.
Pricing
All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, any change will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has already been received.
Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online banking, and other methods specified at the time of registration. Payment must be completed in full prior to the commencement of the relevant programme unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed.
Corporate & Sponsored Enrolment
If your enrolment is being funded by your employer or a third party, please ensure you have the necessary approvals before registering. Finsavva may issue invoices directly to sponsoring organisations upon request.
Cancellation & Refunds
Participant-Initiated Cancellation
- 14 or more calendar days before the programme start date: full refund of fees paid.
- 7 to 13 calendar days before the programme start date: 50% refund of fees paid.
- Less than 7 calendar days before the programme start date: no refund; however, participants may transfer their place to another individual at no additional charge.

Finsavva-Initiated Cancellation
If Finsavva cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or other operational reasons, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days. Finsavva's liability in such cases is limited to the programme fee paid; we are not responsible for ancillary costs such as travel or accommodation.
Non-Attendance
Failure to attend sessions without prior notice does not entitle participants to a refund or rescheduling of missed content, except at Finsavva's sole discretion.
