By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, or completing enrolment in any Finsavva programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a corporation or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Our programmes are open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under Malaysian law. We reserve the right to decline enrolment at our discretion.

Section 02

Our Services

Programme Descriptions

Finsavva provides financial education programmes including, but not limited to:

  • Personal Finance Foundations — an introductory programme covering budgeting, savings, and debt management.
  • Investment Literacy Program — a programme exploring capital markets, asset classes, and portfolio principles.
  • Retirement & Long-Term Planning Workshop — a workshop series addressing retirement vehicles, estate planning, and long-term financial preparedness.

Educational Purpose

All content provided by Finsavva — whether in sessions, materials, workbooks, or online — is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Participants should seek advice from a licensed professional before making any financial decisions.

Programme Changes

Finsavva reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programmes. In such cases, we will provide reasonable advance notice and offer affected participants the option to reschedule, transfer their enrolment, or receive a full refund of fees paid.

Section 03

Enrolment & Payment

Registration

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or, where applicable, a deposit arrangement agreed in writing. A place is not reserved until payment has been received.

Pricing

All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change without prior notice; however, any change will not affect confirmed enrolments for which payment has already been received.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online banking, and other methods specified at the time of registration. Payment must be completed in full prior to the commencement of the relevant programme unless a written instalment arrangement has been agreed.

Corporate & Sponsored Enrolment

If your enrolment is being funded by your employer or a third party, please ensure you have the necessary approvals before registering. Finsavva may issue invoices directly to sponsoring organisations upon request.

Section 04

Cancellation & Refunds

Participant-Initiated Cancellation

  • 14 or more calendar days before the programme start date: full refund of fees paid.
  • 7 to 13 calendar days before the programme start date: 50% refund of fees paid.
  • Less than 7 calendar days before the programme start date: no refund; however, participants may transfer their place to another individual at no additional charge.

Transfers

Participants unable to attend may nominate a substitute with at least 48 hours' written notice before the programme begins. Transfers to a future intake are available subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original start date.

Finsavva-Initiated Cancellation

If Finsavva cancels a programme due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator unavailability, or other operational reasons, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days. Finsavva's liability in such cases is limited to the programme fee paid; we are not responsible for ancillary costs such as travel or accommodation.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend sessions without prior notice does not entitle participants to a refund or rescheduling of missed content, except at Finsavva's sole discretion.

Section 05

Participant Conduct

Respectful Environment

Finsavva is committed to maintaining a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. All participants are expected to engage courteously with facilitators and fellow participants, and to contribute constructively to discussions.

  • Disruptive, offensive, or aggressive behaviour toward any person.
  • Unauthorised recording of sessions (audio, video, or screen capture).
  • Reproducing, sharing, or distributing programme materials without written permission.
  • Commercial solicitation of other participants.

Removal

Finsavva reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
