Common Questions

Who are these programs designed for?

Finsavva programs are designed for working adults, young professionals, and anyone in Malaysia who wants to develop a clearer understanding of their personal finances or investment landscape. No prior financial background is expected — our facilitators introduce topics from a practical starting point.

Are the programs conducted online or in person?

Our programs are primarily conducted in person at our Kuala Lumpur venue. Select cohorts may have online participation options — please enquire directly to find out what is available for your preferred program intake.

How many participants are in each cohort?

We keep cohorts intentionally small — typically between 12 and 20 participants — so that facilitators can engage with each person meaningfully and discussions remain focused and relevant.

What is the payment process?

After your enquiry is received, our team will provide enrollment details including payment instructions. We accept online bank transfer and major e-wallet payments. A confirmation will be sent upon receipt.

Is there a certificate upon completing a program?

Participants who attend the required sessions receive a Certificate of Completion from Finsavva. The programs focus on building genuine knowledge and practical skills; certificate eligibility is based on attendance and participation.

Can my employer sponsor my enrollment under HRDF/HRDC?

Yes. Our programs are eligible for HRDF (HRD Corp) claimable training. Employers can submit claims through the HRD Corp portal. We are happy to provide the necessary documentation to support your application.

What if I need to withdraw after enrolling?

We understand that circumstances can change. Our withdrawal and deferral policy allows participants to transfer to a future cohort or receive a partial refund, depending on notice period. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions at enrollment.
